Disrepair Surveyor needed in Croydon

This is a temporary contract paying £300 per day

The successful candidate will report to a Disrepair Manager within busy and high-profile Disrepair Team. They will be surveying properties, specifying disrepair works and raising orders to contractors, project managing disrepair works from commencement to completion, undertaking pre-inspections, works in progress inspections and post-inspections and managing contractors and monitoring their performance.
