Disrepair Case Manager needed in Manchester

This is a temporary contract initially paying £19.79ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of all housing disrepair cases, ensuring legal compliance, timely completion of works, and high‑quality customer outcomes. The role acts as the central point of coordination between residents, legal teams, contractors, surveyors, and internal departments.
