Director of Local Government Reorganisation needed in Chichester  £724.37 per day ref OR23522

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of a local government reorganisation programme, from design to delivery.
• Oversee structural, cultural, and operational transformation across the organisation.
• Provide strategic leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
• Manage governance, programme boards, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders including elected members, executives, partners, and external bodies.
• Ensure services are redesigned for efficiency, modernisation, and improved customer experience.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and overall programme performance.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and policy compliance throughout the reorganisation.
