Delivery and compliance Manager

£500 a day PAYE or £622.50per day UMBRELLA

Temporary role initially until the end of June to be reviewed

37 hours per week

Key Duties/Responsibilities

To ensure procurement methods used in the execution of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) business plan, deliver optimum value for money within time and budget.

To effectively lead, manage, motivate and direct a team of staff who deliver programmes for; statutory compliance, improvement, modernisation, and carbon reduction. In addition, the post holder is also responsible for contract performance.
