The successful candidate will provide information, advice, and payment service in respect of enquiries made through the Contact Centre.

They will assess and resolve verbal enquires, requests and complaints received mainly via the telephone and including face to face, email, social media, and written channels where applicable to standards agreed and where necessary, refer more complex matters to service departments.
