Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide clear and helpful information across multiple service areas
• Log and track enquiries using internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Maintain a high standard of customer care and service delivery
