Role Purpose:

We are seeking an individual to head up Compliance management within the Client’s Property Services function.

The role will have responsibility for ensuring that the client meet its statutory compliance duties to its stock of over 3,000 HRA residential dwellings and approximately 500 corporate assets. The post holder will be responsible for management of teams undertaking compliance activities in relation to;

• Gas servicing and repairs
• Fire risk assessments and safety
• Asbestos management
• Water quality
• Building Health and Safety
• Lift servicing and repair
• Mechanical & electrical servicing and repair
