Contracts Lawyer needed in North London Paying  £60 per hr ref 1659365

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide expert advice on contract law, draft and review complex agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate risk and deliver commercially sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Advise on contractual obligations, liabilities, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance.
• Support procurement and project teams with contractual matters.
• Manage disputes and provide guidance on contract interpretation.
