Complaints Resolution Officer needed in Southampton
This is a temporary contract initially paying £14.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be investigating Stage 2 complaints independently and making evidence based recommendations. They will be supporting the delivery of complaints training and learning and will be advising officers and managers on complaint handling best practice and compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
