Commercial Lawyer needed in Wakefield Paying  £27.01 per hr ref 373264

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on procurement, commissioning, contract management, and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Advise on governance, risk, and strategic commercial matters.
• Support contract disputes, variations, and negotiations.
• Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure legal risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated.
• Prepare clear, concise reports, legal opinions, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of legal processes and commercial practices.
