Children’s Social Care Solicitor needed in Manchester £26ph PAYE – Reference:0003 F4D1 / 1

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis

The main duties of the posts will be providing clear and practical legal advice on child protection matters, drafting legal documents, providing advice and assistance in pre proceedings matters, conducting care applications, discharge of care applications, placement order and adoption proceedings and undertaking advocacy within all levels of the single family court.
