Childcare Lawyer needed in Bexleyheath Paying  £25.41 per hr ref OR18952

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with additional practice rights to conduct litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex childcare cases and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in childcare law matters.
  • Conduct litigation and advocacy in family courts.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including care proceedings and safeguarding issues.
  • Work collaboratively with social care professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
