The successful candidate will be a well‑motivated and flexible individual who can carry out a range of general caretaking duties within an adult day care centre supporting citizens with physical and learning disabilities. They will be responsible for checking, monitoring, and recording daily, weekly, and monthly building and equipment inspections to ensure a safe environment for both citizens and staff. Accurate record‑keeping is essential, along with the ability to liaise with contractors and report faults promptly to the appropriate teams. The role also includes general upkeep of the building and surrounding areas.

Driving cover may be required during staff absences or sickness to support citizens travelling into the centre.
