Business Support Officer needed in Middlewich £8.91ph PAYE – Reference:5183475
This role will involve:
To provide reception, clerical and administrative support to the Waste & Street Cleansing, Parks & Grounds and Fleet Services ensuring that administrative processes related to the work of the team are effectively and efficiently delivered.
The role of Business Support Officer will be responsible to the Team Leader Business Support, for the day to day running of administrative and associated services. They will liaise with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the provision of an efficient, quality support service.
The role requires the Post holder to build up good working relationships with colleagues, contractors and suppliers, together with relevant professional institutes/agencies.
Ideally candidates will have effective IT skills and be fluent in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
