Building Safety Manager

Building Safety Manager needed in South West London Paying  £31.97 per hr ref OR103029

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery and management of building safety across the housing stock
• Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• Develop and maintain building safety cases and ensure accurate documentation
• Oversee building control processes and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
• Work closely with residents to ensure effective engagement and communication on safety matters
• Support governance frameworks and provide professional advice to senior stakeholders
• Monitor, review, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures
