Building Inspector

Building Inspector needed in Weston-super-Mare, £19.05ph PAYE – Reference: OR5359

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Inspector to join our Building Control Team. The Building Control Team are responsible for ensuring compliance of construction works with the Building Regulations.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of construction projects commensurate to your BSR registration, which will be at least Class 2A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake plan checks
• Undertake site inspections
• Undertake site inspections in relation to dangerous structures
• Take enforcement action as necessary

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
