Building Engineer

Building Engineer needed in Lincoln Paying  £20 per hr ref 465481

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across building facilities.
• Carry out minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues early.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
