This is a temporary contract initially paying £13.45ph PAYE

The successful candidate will arrange and purchase domiciliary packages of care, supported living placements, residential and nursing care home placements for adults in need of care and support.

They should have experience in health and/or social care settings or undertaking a purchasing role elsewhere and have a good communication skills and can provide excellent customer service to service users, their relatives and other professionals.
