3-4 days Onsite – 1 post within Strategic/Asset and the other within General Property – Pay negotiable for the correct experience. 

We are looking for candidates to carry out a range of property / surveying activities. Ideally RICS qualified we are looking for individuals to carry out rent reviews / lease renewals and general property management activities including marketing void properties and debt management. We also need candidates who have experience in acquisition and disposal of property. Depending on the candidate there are also opportunities within the strategic asset management team to carry out property reviews to drive our revenue savings and capital receipts.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
