Asbestos Surveyor

Asbestos Surveyor needed in Wiltshire Paying  £13.68 per hr ref 5300307

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings.
• Identify, assess, and record asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with industry standards and legislation.
• Produce accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records.
• Upload and manage survey information using asset management systems and databases.
• Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, clients, and colleagues.
• Ensure all findings are recorded accurately and submitted within agreed timescales.
• Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and best practice guidance.
• Support the ongoing management of asbestos risks across the property portfolio.
