Admin Assistant needed in Derby, £13.88ph PAYE – 5293660
1. Provide comprehensive admin support.
2. Word and information processing using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, or any other software that is allocated.
3. Ensure documents are electronically filed so they can be located quickly and efficiently.
4. Deal with all customer enquiries in line with the Customer Care standards, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
5. Input and extract data from the systems as requested.
6. Use the mail merge function to create letters as required.
7. Organise and co-ordinate appointments, meetings and other events as required.
8. Set up meeting rooms by organising refreshments and any relevant information that is required. Routinely check meeting rooms and ensure that everything is tidy and ready for the next meeting.
9. Place orders to purchase goods and services and process invoices.
10. Work with a range of software and web-based systems including Open Housing and Swordfish.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
