2nd Chef needed in Bradford Paying  £12.71 per hr ref 5299976

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting the Head Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality meals.
• Supervising kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Ensuring food is prepared in accordance with recipes, menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, HACCP and Health & Safety regulations.
• Supporting menu planning and development.
• Minimising food waste and controlling costs.
• Assisting with staff training and development.
• Managing food storage, stock rotation and temperature checks.
• Working effectively under pressure during busy service periods.
