Remote Commercial Lawyer needed Paying  £20.85 per hr ref OR21557

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, services contracts, NDAs, frameworks, and MSAs.
• Provide expert legal advice on public and/or private sector procurement processes, policies, and compliance.
• Support tenders, competitive bidding, and supplier management activities.
• Advise stakeholders on contract risk, governance, and commercial strategy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., PCR 2015 / public procurement rules, where applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business, providing clear and pragmatic legal solutions.
• Manage workload independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high professional standards.
