Clerk of Works needed in Guildford Paying  £271.57 per day ref 5277297

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-focused Clerk of Works to oversee a range of planned and capital works projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that construction and refurbishment works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Projects will include:

• Roofing replacements and repairs
• Structural works and underpinning
• Disabled adaptation installations
• Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
