Service Delivery Assistant needed in Sunderland

The rate is £13.69ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support a transformation programme delivering a plan, to create a smarter, cleaner, greener, and more attractive city.

They will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently will be essential to succeed in this role. You will be required to maintain a high level of accuracy, whilst meeting tight deadlines and have the proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, with strong organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and provide a high level of customer care and act as a representative for the service.
