The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving enquiries related to a Food Waste Service across multiple platforms including telephone, email, and webchat.

They will deliver courteous, professional, and empathetic service at all times. Use effective communication techniques to manage sensitive situations and de-escalate conflict when necessary.
