Project Support Officer

Project Support Officer needed in Addlestone £19.98ph PAYE – RQ1596806

Project and administrative support is needed in the Housing team in connection with an imminent inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing

1. To ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, correctly formatted and well presented.

2. To check web content is up-to-date and well presented.

3. To collate required documentation accurately for submission.

4. To assist with arranging meetings and disseminating agreed actions.

5. To support the Housing Management Team with associated administrative tasks.

6. To produce “how to guides” and procedures as required.

7. To support the management team in investigating complaints and providing draft responses.

8. To collate and index documents for legal cases from the Housing management system.

9. To research good practice and provide briefing notes as required.

10. To maintain effective registers of complaints and members enquiries.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
