Customer Services Officer needed in Maldon

The rate is £15.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support the customer and deliver a positive customer experience, enabling and empowering them through self-serve wherever appropriate. This is a front-facing position; you will be based on the main reception desk. Providing guidance support to all customers.

Duties May Include but Not Limited To:

• To provide Exceptional Customer Service to all customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using appropriate IT systems
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Be professional at all times
• Promote self-service and digital channels
• Handle customer interactions to completion whenever possible.
