The successful candidate provide help and assistance to a diverse range of internal and external customers on a broad variety of services. They will offer a high level of customer service resolving enquiries accurately and efficiently in the contact centre, mailroom or as a receptionist or floorwalker offering digital assistance to enable customers to access services online and will provide cover to a front of house reception and to assist in the post room.
