The successful candidate will lead a dedicated Job Evaluation Project focused on Green Book roles. This fixed-term role offers the opportunity to deliver a high-quality evaluation service using the Gauge scheme, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting equal pay.

They will provide expert HR advice, coordinate project delivery, and collaborate with managers, trade union representatives, and stakeholders to achieve key milestones. With line management responsibility for a People Advisor and People Coordinator and will oversee end-to-end processes and contribute to a fair, transparent approach to role evaluation.
