Tenancy Relation Officer needed in West London

The rate is £20.86ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a team player who has the appetite and drive to make a positive change. Using strong customer service skills, a person-centred approach and understanding of housing policy, legislation, and the network of supportive partner agencies they will provide a responsive and proactive service to residents.

They should also have an understanding of housing issues, an awareness of the challenges facing local authorities and a passion for helping residents. Plus, a good knowledge of the different services, support and benefits that are available.

This role requires you to be on-site within the borough, 4 days a week.
