Control Centre Supervisor needed in Rugby

The rate is £15.70ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide day to day management of a Control Centre Team to include participating in on call arrangements as required and the supervision of night staff.

They will contribute as a member of a multi-functional team of housing staff in the provision of a quality customer orientated service and will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive housing service in accordance with policy and procedures. They will work on their own initiative under the general direction of the line manager and will promote the lifeline service externally in order to generate additional revenue.
