PCN Appeals Officer Ref 005385

To be responsible for Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processing functions and responding to challenges, representations and appeals and other matters related to the Traffic Management Act 2004 and other Traffic Law.
To be responsible for the suspension of parking bays and parking waivers and dispensations.
To administer basic financial functions relating to parking, including PCN reconciliation and liaise with enforcement agents as required
