Head of OD & HR needed in Rotherham Paying  £450 per day  ref 000A 1DB9 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of Head of Organisational Development and Change. This is a strategic position responsible for leading transformation programmes across the organisation to build a high-performing, values-driven culture.

  You will work closely with executive leaders and senior managers to drive sustainable change, challenge existing practices, and ensure our people are empowered to deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will be key in aligning our people strategy with organisational goals, enhancing engagement, and embedding accountability at all levels.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex organisational development and transformation initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed values-based leadership and effective people management.
  • Identify opportunities for change and manage risks and interdependencies across programmes.
  • Build organisational capability through leadership development, workforce planning, and change readiness.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout change processes.
