Customer Service Adviser needed in Sutton

The rate is £17.03ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will be dealing with a variety of resident enquiries for services offered by the local authority eg Waste Services, Homeless and Highways.

They will be managing complex calls and emails in a professional and timely manner and should have excellent verbal and Digital communication skills.
