New Homes Sales Executive needed in Manchester Paying  £17.36 per hr ref 000A 2239 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities:
      • Achieve individual sales targets through effective lead conversion and customer engagement.
      • Manage sales leads efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and timely reservations.
      • Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., solicitors, mortgage advisors) to support the sales process.
      • Be an expert on developments, specifications, and plans to accurately inform and guide buyers.
      • Ensure compliance with Homes England, GLA, and regulatory standards for eligibility and audit.
      • Explain key aspects of home ownership including leasehold/freehold terms, service charges, and legal processes.
      • Maintain site presentation and manage stock units to a high standard.
      • Lead viewings, attend launches and home shows, and report KPIs with 100% data accuracy.
