IT Support Engineer needed in South East London Paying  £19.46 per hr ref 5270445

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• ey Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of and resolve IT support calls in line with SLAs.
  • Provide on-site support across all supported sites.
  • Deliver, collect, and manage end-user equipment, including office moves and hardware repairs.
  • Participate in technical projects and virtual teams to implement infrastructure changes.
  • Provide out-of-hours and weekend support when required.
  • Accurately document technical fixes and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive call resolution records for analysis and customer feedback.
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
