HR Generalist (Hybrid)

HR Generalist (Hybrid) needed in Beverley, Paying £20.48ph – Reference: 5265569

3 Days per week in the office

You will ideally have transformation and employee relations experience.

• To deliver a range of high quality, efficient and effective Human Resources services to support senior leaders and managers to achieve their key strategic objectives.
• To provide advice and support of both a generalist and specialist nature on complex human resources issues, i.e. disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, harassment, service reviews, redundancy and TUPE.
• Provide effective advice and guidance on all Human Resources matters by interpreting policies and procedures and employment law (i.e. disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, harassment, service reviews, and TUPE etc).

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
