Compliance Resource Controller needed in Stoke on Trent

The rate is £21.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will mainly be contacting and chasing 17,000 tenants via telephone, text and email a few days before their planned appointment to confirm or rearrange annual Landlord Gas Safety checks.

It requires the ability to complete some basic system work to collate the appointment lists and data transfer in to an excel spreadsheet. They successful candidate will be keeping all compliance records up to date. Excellent telephone manner, customer service and accurate data recording are essential while being determined to achieve daily targets. The post will also require general and varied admin duties as and when required.
