HR Consultant needed in Chelmsford Paying  £38.99 per hr ref 1524110

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into complex and sensitive workforce matters.
• Design and implement investigation protocols and processes.
• Interview employees and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Analyse findings and prepare detailed, objective reports.
• Collaborate with external clients to gather and analyse employment-related data.
• Support appeals processes and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal HR teams on investigation best practices.
