Valuation Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Warrington, £35p£50h – Reference: 0009 C431 / 1

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.

The post is located within the Property & Estate Management Service at the Client. The primary functions of this post are to provide estates and valuation input to the property team at a senior, technical level with a focus on:

• Asset Management
• High level valuation work for acquisition, disposal and property management and accounting
• Client liaison and general practice advice
• Representing the Estates & Valuation team at meetings
