Transport And Infrastructure Support Officer needed in Oxford paying £20.00 per hr- Reference: 5211209

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

To manage diaries and calendars, arranging meetings with internal and external teams.
To manage correspondence ensuring that communication is prompt and effective.
To take on tasks for the Growth Managers / Heads of Service including coordinating reports and documents, researching and corresponding with partners.
To support meetings with producing documents and taking minutes
