Transformation Project Manager needed in Kingston upon Thames paying £400.42 per day – Reference: RQ597757

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

• This is a project management role working in a corporate Transformation team and is responsible for the project management of an emerging Integrated Care System Estates Programme across South West London funded by the national One Public Estate programme. This role will work collaboratively with services across the organisation including internal services.
• This role will support the project initiation of work that will inform the South West London Integrated Care System Estates Programme. The programme will see the South London One Public Estate partnership working with the South West London Integrated Care System (ICS) to accelerate our collective ambitions to:
  • reduce health inequalities
  • contribute to economic and community resilience
  • maximise resources to focus on core One Public Estate outcomes including job creation, a collective reduction in running costs and releasing land for housing.
