Transactional Services Manager Contract Full Time

Based in Chester paying £26.93ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract.

Our client is looking for a Transactional Services Manager.

To support the development of a sector leading Transactional Service through the management of a team of staff responsible for the provision of high quality HR-Recruitment, Contractual Administration and Payroll services.

The post holder will achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and make a real and demonstrable difference to the business.

They will manage a specialised area of activity and/or lead and develop new initiatives to ensure that costs, benefits and risks are fully evaluated and ensure that effective and efficient processes and procedures are in place to ensure that all employees, pensioners and other relevant stakeholders are paid correctly and in a timely manner.

They will manage all budgets, contracts and procurement relevant to the efficient and effective delivery of the specialised area of activity and act as the lead Transactional Service Centre (TSC) point of contact supporting related improvement development projects, such as ERP replacement.
