Tenancy Sustainment Officer Contract Full Time

Tenancy Sustainment Officer based in Bedford and the rate is £18.00 per hr PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

 This role will involve:

• To support and assist customers with obtaining and sustaining a tenancy to help meet the client’s objective to prevent and relieve homelessness.  
• To assist the rehousing team to make effective use of temporary accommodation and to maximise rehousing opportunities through the Rent Deposit Scheme, Private Sector lettings, the Housing Register, Refugee Resettlement Scheme and Supported Housing Schemes.
