Tenancy Advice Assistant needed in Bournemouth

The rate is £13.69ph PAYE

The successful candidate will join a team who are responsible for dealing with all customer contacts over the telephone and face to face so an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills is essential. The role includes managing telephone calls and face to face contact from residents regarding enquiries including tenancy management, rent queries, anti-social behaviour, compliance and other tenancy or neighbourhood related issues. The candidate will be required to work under pressure and be able to use their own initiative to deal with a variety of challenging and difficult situations.
