Temporary Accommodation Procurement Manager needed in West London Paying £274.38 per day Ref 005238

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing procurement and temporary accommodation teams to deliver well-maintained, suitable accommodations

• Overseeing all forms of temporary accommodation, ensuring health and safety compliance

• Developing relationships with stakeholders and property providers to meet accommodation demand

• Deputising for the Property & Place Manager and other Housing Solutions managers

• Direct line management of staff, ensuring service levels and support

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving complaints

• Promoting diversity, inclusion, and effective communication with stakeholders

• Meeting key performance indicators for procurement and management

• Managing and responding to enquiries and complaints within set timescales

• Staying updated on relevant housing legislation and policies

• Ensuring value for money and a commercial approach to service delivery

• Preventing homelessness by providing good quality private rented accommodation
