The successful candidate should have experience in temporary accommodation placements & management. The need is for two new staff to join the team and is an office-based role in a busy Customer Service Centre in Bedford. They should have good customer service skills and attention to detail.
Main duties will be to provide a customer focused temporary accommodation placement service to deliver the accommodation duties under the Homelessness Reduction Act in accordance with the temporary accommodation management policy and support the objectives to prevent and relieve homelessness.
