Temporary Accommodation Assistant needed in Leamington Spa

The rate is £13.69ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a customer focussed service which provides high quality and cost- effective accommodation. They will undertake tenancy signups for temporary accommodation stock and ensure records are completed and uploaded to rent accounting system.

They are also responsible for setting up rent accounts, monitoring payments and terminating accounts and placements promptly in relation to temporary accommodation in accordance with the council’s procedures and recorded on the relevant IT systems.
