Telecare Operator Contract Full Time

Telecare Operator based in Poole and the rate is £11.69ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

** This is not a 9-5 role, although the initial training period could be within standard office hours**

Enhanced DBS required.

Working a 12 hour days on a rota pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Interviews to be held face to face

Ability to work from the office or in the community essential.

The client are interested in people who want to help vulnerable people in the community.

• To provide a professional and effective response to calls from Lifeline alarm calls, customers and the public from the 24hour Control Centre.
• To carry out emergency visits to clients, to check and support their Health and Wellbeing.
• To ensure the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
